Men are more than welcome to my Yoga classes. Did you know that Yoga was originally developed by and for men in India?
All you need is a curious & open mind as well as comfortable clothes.
James attended my Vinyasa Class on Friday which included a breathing exercise that can help calm the nervous system, a Flow to cultivate strength and tone in multiple muscle groups as well as mindful stretches to encourage length and softness.
