Pranayama and Nervous System Training

I am on path to complete my 50hr Pranayama and Nervous System Training to compliment my 200hr qualification from 2025.

I have spent an enjoyable 3 days at Jenna Blair Yoga in Shrewsbury with teacher Anya Hawkes and some wonderful fellow students learning about connection. How the breath connects to our nervous system and through learning different techniques we can naturally influence the intelligence of our bodies. I am fast become obsessed with the breath, a gift we have, which is so easy to take for granted.

I will be weaving breath techniques into my Gentle Yoga classes on a Friday and also offer some insight during my 4 week Summer series in June.
